Late time

Dear Gentle Readers,

Well Summer is amazing. Its my favorite time of year. Apart from working, one of the more interesting things that's happened is that we had a chicken slaughter a couple Sundays ago at the house. I've grown up with poultry and seen slaughters before as a young kid, and it's entirely different when you slay an animal with your own hands. I killed the alpha rooster. It was pretty hard, but I got it done. Afterwards I roasted him with rosemary, olive oil, salt, lemon, onion, carrots and potatoes and he was delicious.
